How can you prevent the spread of COVID-19?

- Cover all coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue.
- Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth unless you’ve just washed your hands.
- Get plenty of rest, drink fluids, eat healthy foods, get fresh air and do your best to keep stress levels down.
